Yakuza 0 Business Edition News
Hello, loves! Well, I’m back with some great news! Between the tenth circle of hell that is working retail, and battling through the perils of college, I have caught wind of a Special Edition video game release! Before I dish on the goods, if you A.) Don’t have a PS4 B.) Don’t plan on ever getting one or C.)Both then don’t get yourself all hyped up. But if you’re neither of those things and love Yakuza, then you may board the hype train, just watch your step!
It’s business as usual with Sega’s Yakuza 0. As I hype myself up for the MadDog story mode, hype reaches a new level with the announcement of the (insert drumroll here) “Yakuza 0 Business Edition!” For all you savvy ladies & gents, the Yakuza 0 business edition comes with three business cards and customer holder. The holder is decked out with Kiryu’s Dragon tattoo and Majima’s Demon tattoo. Its ultra sleek design will make any average joe look like a Boss when whipping this bad boy out. If business resumes, and interviews are your thing, then this baby can double as a wallet if you’re crafty enough to make it work. Or just sit it where ever and take comfort in knowing that you own it.
If you don’t have any business card and never intend to get one then Sega’s got you covered. You will get Kiryu, Majima, and a hostess club business cards. These cards aren’t just highly sophisticated but they’re bilingual too. So if 日本語を読めない, then Sega again has got your back with an English side of the cards.
So whether you like Yakuza, think you ‘re the next big CEO, or just like collecting stuff, I highly suggest preordering this baby when it hits your local GameStop. The games release date is January 24th, 2017 so keep your eyes peeled and your piggy banks full. Yakuza and anything that comes with it is worth the investment.
Yakuza 0 Features:
- The Dragon’s Origins: What lies in a man’s past defines his future, and in this case, we learn a lot about what inspires Kiryu down the paths he takes in the rest of the Yakuza series. Plus, you don’t get to be called “Dragon” without being able to knock a few heads. Combat styles can be hot-swapped during fights for some of the most intense battles in the Yakuza series to date.
- Embrace the Mad Dog: For the first time in a numbered game, long-time NPC Goro Majima is now playable. With his own fighting style, abilities, and his penchant for turning sleaze into profit, stepping into the role of Yakuza’s most eccentric character will provide some eye-opening insight.
- The Decadence of the 1980s in Japan: Cash rules everything in the world of Yakuza 0, and in the game, there are a million ways to spend, make, or take money. From cash spilling out of the pockets of gang members you fight to Telephone Clubs, Disco Halls, or even Pocket Circuit car races, there are tons of ways to be a well-to-do gangster.
