Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker News
Oh snap, the transition to the Boruto has begun with the announcement of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker released today! Namco Bandai Entertainment is releasing a new 4 vs. 4 online games where all eight ninjas compete to be the master ninja! This will be a different take on the series indeed.
NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER features beloved Naruto characters and teams from the series, including Naruto, Sasuke, and Team 7. The game brings a brand-new graphic style with vivid colors and a dynamic third-person ninja gameplay style that enables players to take advantage of the verticality of the arena environment with vertical running and jumping to elevated areas. Players can choose to play co-op with friends and lead teams to victory to be the top ninjas online.
I have been playing the Naruto series for a long time now and I love when anime passes the torch to the new generation as well as when video games do the same with their sequels. The growth and evolution of each title were welcoming and brings a unique element that all gamers can appreciate or just stick with the style of Naruto titles you like. I am hoping this striker game evolves into maybe a future standalone fighter which already has those elements playing the regular story games.
There is no official release date as of yet and be sure to check back as Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker releases on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
