Uniting for Inclusion and Play
The gaming universe is filled with endless diversity, with the multitude of devices and platforms, and people who unite from all over the world with the one same intention, to play a game. There are so many aspects that make each of us as an individual diverse, living in a harshly unruly divided culture within society today, things can get pretty adverse. Today we are here to celebrate making positive inclusive connections with Electronic Arts Play to Give in-game events June 2nd-4th 2017.
Electronic Arts is partnering with three outstanding charities: United Nations HeForShe, PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center and Ditch The Label, that all share the common objective of building a more inclusive world. Play to Give is to celebrate the positive connections we as a gamer make while playing video games. The in-game events will branch across nine different Electronic Arts Titles; Battlefield 1, Mass Effect: Andromeda, Star Wars: The Old Republic, FIFA 17, Madden NFL 17, Madden NFL Mobile, NBA Live Mobile, NHL 17, and Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2.There will be special rewards from in-game event challenges running from Friday, June 2 – Sunday, June 4, Full challenge details can be found on the Play to Give website or in-game of the participating games. Gamers, let’s lay aside our individual divergence and unite undivided, not only for this weekend but prospectively as a worldwide community playing together for the greater good through Equity & Inclusion.
